Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you place an order, we collect: your name, email address, company name, and brand information you provide in the intake form. When you link your Google Ads account, we access your advertising data (campaign metrics, keywords, search terms, audience data, and conversion data) through Google's Manager Account (MCC) system. We also collect standard website analytics (pages visited, browser type, IP address) to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your Google Ads data is used exclusively to generate your diagnostic report. We analyze campaign performance, identify waste, benchmark against industry standards, and produce actionable recommendations. Your contact information is used to process orders, deliver reports, and communicate about your service. We never use your advertising data for any purpose other than producing your report.

3. Google Ads Account Access

You grant access by linking your Google Ads account to our Manager Account (MCC). This grants management-level access through Google's standard system. However, we strictly use this access for data retrieval and analysis only. We will never create, modify, pause, or delete any campaigns, ad groups, keywords, bids, budgets, or other settings in your account. Our analysis pipeline operates in a read-only manner by design.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Advertising data is stored temporarily during report generation and retained for up to 90 days to support follow-up reports and historical comparison. You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We use industry-standard security practices and trusted infrastructure providers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or advertising data with any third parties. Your data is only accessed by our analysis system and our team members involved in report quality review. We may use third-party services for email delivery, but these providers only receive the minimum information necessary (e.g., your email for report delivery).

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; revoke Google Ads account access at any time by unlinking from our MCC in your Google Ads settings; and opt out of marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@adsopto.com.

7. Contact Us
